In light of the President's National Disaster declaration, we believe that REDZetc must contribute in keeping ourselves and the people around us safe and at the same time continue to provide a professional service to our clients.
Our priority remains to serve our clients, protect our people and operate effectively. We undertake to adhere to the following preventative measures:
- REDZetc agents will refrain from meeting with any client that has entered or re-entered the country for a period of 14 days from entry. Our agents shall also adhere to this ruling if they have travelled.
- We will not embark on any non-essential air travel.
- Our agents will not interact with agents or clients who are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, until the necessary medical steps have been taken.
- Our REDZetc agents are to avoid all personal contact and to remain at least 1 metre away from clients.
- Our team will make use of sanitizers and keep their hands hygienically clean
- Our agents will request any client visiting a seller or landlord's property to make use of hand sanitizing before entering as well as refraining from touching anything in the property.
